PHOTOGRAPHIC WORKS GETS THE GO-AHEAD
Birmingham Council today gave the approval for Hatchbury to proceed with a four-storey development featuring 48 apartments, located close to Birmingham city centre.
This exciting scheme on Camden Street in the Jewellery Quarter will include one and two bedroom newly built apartments and duplex apartments with 27 parking spaces.
Internally, materials will sit well within the building and have a contemporary feel. Designs will be based on a pallet of paired-back materials and calm, tonal colours with dark accents within a modern city backdrop and acknowledge the photographic history of the site.
Demolition of the existing commercial buildings is due to start Q3 2020 with completions aimed for Q4 2021.
