Guild Heritage House stands as a meticulously refurbished historic building, originally designed by renowned architect Sir Frank Wills, the mind behind the City Museum and Art Gallery.
Acknowledged as a ‘Building of Merit’ in a conservation area, the development aligns seamlessly with our ethos: to ‘Retain and Enhance’ the character of buildings and their communities. Our mission was to transform the building in a modern way, for modern living.
Collaborating with award-winning Bristol architects, O’LearyGoss, the building has been conscientiously revived. The Edwardian red brick façade and entrance have been restored, with private gardens reintroduced to infuse natural light into the building’s core, providing residents with inviting spaces.
