GUILD HERITAGE HOUSE ALL RESERVED ON LAUNCH
A new City Centre scheme of apartments sold within four hours of the door’s opening on its launch on Saturday 7th April.
Developed by Hatchbury and brought to market by the new homes team at Savills, the first purchaser arrived at 2.30pm the day prior to launch to ensure he was at the front of the queue.
Guild Heritage House is a collection of 20 high specification studio, one and two-bedroom apartments set in an historic building in the popular Old Market area.
Anna Fairman say’s of the development’s remarkable success: “We had already generated a great deal of interest prior to the launch, so we were expecting a busy day, but we couldn’t have anticipated to have sold out, let alone in four hours.
Guild Heritage House is an excellent example of a well-priced scheme, perfectly located within easy walking distance to the city’s buzzing Cabot Circus, and ideal for first time buyers and investors”
Patrick and John Kennedy quote: “We’re delighted with the success of Guild Heritage House. We knew that this scheme was exactly what Bristol needed, but we didn’t imagine that people would start queuing the day before, let alone that all 20 units would sell within hours; it’s a brilliant result.”
“Guild Heritage House is our first project in Bristol and it has been a pleasure working with Bristol-based architects O’LearyGoss to retain and enhance the characteristics of the 1913 red brick building. South-west based interior design team at WN Interiors brought the scheme to life. We’re looking forward to the next project.”
The collection of apartments at Guild Heritage House ranged from £140,000 to £265,000, seven of which offered Help to Buy support.
